Event Logistics, Inc. charges a flat management fee for its meeting planning services. This fee is based on the overall meeting requirements. Other costs include, but may not be limited to: staff site visit, operational and out of pocket expenses, supplier costs. The fee can often be offset or eliminated through hotel commissions. Some services can be quoted per person inclusive of our management fee.
This can be combination of a flat management fee and per person cost dependent upon the scope of the event and your needs.
Yes. This service including creation, hosting, maintenance, membership log-on data, message boards and online surveys. We never outsource these services. We take pride in our technologically advanced office and our staff members’ knowledge of computer software. Regardless of how simple or complex the web-based project, you can be confident that our staff will handle and complete the task in a time-sensitive manner that works within your budget.
